St. Andrew Church Council

At St. Andrew, we refer to the leaders who serve on the Church Council as "stewards."  Stewards are entrusted with special tasks and are accountable to the "Master."  Our wonderful stewards assume their leadership roles, understanding that they are the also the servants of the church.

Beginning in 2012, Keith Dodson will Chair the Church Council.  The term is 3 years.

A few years ago, the Church Council adopted the following mission statement for St. Andrew which they think still embodies the spirit of the St. Andrew congregation:

The Mission of St. Andrew By-The-Sea is to be an
open,
nurturing,
body of Christian believers
seeking God's guidance
as we minister to others.
